I have been working as a self-taught artist since 2021. In the beginning, I experimented with various themes and materials, mainly acrylic paints. Since 2023, I have primarily been painting with oil paints and have found my central theme: the sea.

The sea is, for me, a place of longing, peace, and strength. In my work, I try to capture the movement of the water, the play of light and depth, and the emotions connected to it.

I work with oil on canvas because it allows me to build up layers and create unique color depth. My paintings arise from memories, photographs, and inner moods. My goal is not an exact representation, but rather to convey the feeling the sea evokes in me.

For me, painting is a connection between the experience of nature and the inner world.
